At God Tech, we want your order to reach you safely and quickly, no matter where you are in North America. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, tracking, delivery times, and international orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. God Tech is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping (where available): 1–3 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

3. USA Shipping

We ship to Canada and the continental USA ( Excluding Puerto Rico and Hawaii ) ! Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
- USA: 5–10 business days
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees required by their country.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections or postal delays

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.
God Tech is not responsible for delays or lost packages once a tracking number has been provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to a specific destination.

6. Shipping Damages

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@wearegodtech.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

God Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
